Olive grove 23465,28 m2 in Filiatra, Messinia

Two rural properties – olive groves which are located in close proximity to each other in Filiatra of the municipality of Trifilia, Messinia and in particular in the locations (Gouva & Rahoula). The first olive grove has an area of 15.795,71 m2 and has approximately 316 olive trees and the second has an area of 7.669,57 m2 and has 153 olive trees. The above olive groves have a total area of 23.465,28 m2 are available together and not individually and include approximately 469 olive trees, in good condition and with good performance, productive, producing excellent quality extra virgin olive oil every year.
